- Question : My water container spills over by itself. Is there any way to stop it?Answer : Make sure the water feeder is properly latched. If it is, it is not possible to turn over by itself. Also, make sure the water is in the water feeder, not in the food feeder.

The feeder has a big capacity of 1 gallon x 2 and works well for up to 3 weeks before needing a refill. It is dishwasher safe but it is recommended to turn off the heat dry setting. The feeder works well for all sizes of kibble and is durable and easy to clean. However, some customers have complained about the product being smaller and thinner than expected and that it is difficult to fill. The water container can become heavy for some customers.
