Question : Is the speaker compatible with all AV receivers?

Question : Two different screws provided. Which are for the provided molly bolts and which are for the speaker?
Answer : The one with threads further apart doesn't screw into the bolts, so they go into the speaker. It makes sense because for things like sheetrock or MDF, screws are typically coarse thread.
Question : Can these speakers be mount on a ceiling, as dolby atmos speakers?

Question : Usage will be 100% stereo music (jazz, classic rock). no thumping bass but i want sound clarity, warmth and bass. will use with subwoofer. thoughts?
Answer : Given the brand and its reputation, my guess is that they would be a good speaker for mids and highs. The specs say 70Hz at the low end. To get good output at 100Hz or below, my preference would be to go with a larger diameter woofer.
Question : Purchased two polk audio rti a1 speakers but they stick out way too far. would the elac debut 2.0 ow4.2 work as well if i paired with a subwoofer?
Answer : The OW4.2 was designed as a surround speaker. They work well as side and rear surround speakers and I use them with subwoofers because they do not play low enough on their own. I don’t have any experience with the Polk speakers you mentioned but the Elac speakers are very good for my use case and are only a few inches deep.
Question : Which hardware suits for mounting this on ceiling?
Answer : A screw although I wouldn’t do that. If mounting to a ceiling, not recommended by Elac, I would figure out a much more secure way to do it. Personally I’d go with a different speaker. Elac has in-walls you can mount in a ceiling for instance.
Question : Do these speakers connect to my teac need. 3.5mm
Answer : No, these are passive speakers.
