- Question : Are the earpads comfortable to wear for a long period of time?Answer : Yes, the lightweight design and orange foam earpads ensure comfortable and extended wear.
- Question : Can I switch between music and answering calls with built-in buttons?Answer : Yes, the button on the headset allows you to skip tracks, activate Siri or Google Assistant, and answer and end phone calls.

- Question : Is there any lag/latency when watching video?Answer : Yes, there is a slight lag but I tend to just pause the video for a second and the soundtrack starts back in sync. It isn't too bad though.
- Question : Is the orange ear piece foam or sponge?Answer : Tricky question it's not natural sponge but is a spongy type foam, just like my old Walkman. I find they are great for the gym and walking as they are very lightweight and you can hear what's going on around you still.
- Question : Are they foldaway?Answer : Nope, the headband retracts a little bit, but they don’t fold and there is no case for them supplied. Apart from that, they are great. Really impressed with sound and overall quality.
- Question : Will it sync up to my ps4?Answer : This device will only work with others that share Bluetooth functionality.
- Question : Can the connecting band be bent to reduce the pressure on the ears?Answer : The whole band is quite flexible so there’s plenty of room even for the widest head. There’s hardly any pressure on the ears.
- Question : Does this connect to iPad Pro 2021?Answer : Although I have not tried to connect to an iPad, I can’t see how they could as they only have a standard USB connector and not one for Apple fitting.
- Question : What is the SAR rating?Answer : Hey, could you tell me the specific absorption rate of the phone you're using or the current headphones you have. I don’t manufacture these heads! Only use them.
- Question : I bought a pair of these 'old school' headphones last year, same make and model and they had voice command! so it seems the spec has changed.Answer : The microphone position has been changed, although there is voice command, it barely captures my voice.
- Question : Does the red light stay on when charging?Answer : Yes, the red light stays on while charging then turns blue when fully charged.
- Question : I'm loving these headphones apart from there is a buzzing sound, which can be heard at low volume from the left earpiece, are they faulty?Answer : I have no buzzing sound but JLab has an app that you can load to set up the headphones. It basically plays various frequencies to acclimatize the speakers.
