- Question : How to replace filter?Answer : Push the filter to pop it out, remove plastic protectors from the replacement, and insert it where the old filter was.
- Question : Does this filter remove lead from water?Answer : According to the NSF53 certification, it does. It reduces heavy metals such as lead by ~99%.
- Question : My model number is DGHS2644KF1, would this fit my Frigidaire ice and water filter?Answer : As long as it is specified for WF3CB, it should fit. Remove the old one and visually verify the part number and properties.
- Question : This gave our water a horrible taste and my refrigerator smells like plastic. Any suggestions?Answer : We have used these filters for a few years and never had a problem. We have city water and no bad taste.
