Can this be plugged into a wall for outdoor use?

You can but you have to convert the 120v down to 12v.

Are the 4 smaller pods true yellow fog lights? Or is there a light bar that you can flip a switch from spot to fog?

I used The 20 inch light once and half the lights went out. I did not purchase the smaller pod light

I used the light bar a 2 of the smaller ones on my tractor. i calculated 16 amps, that seems big for led lights. how big of a fuse should i use?

You can Run 16ga wire with a 20amp fuse that’s more than enough for power supply they won’t use anywhere near 16 amp

What size of wire should I use for these? I was thinking 10 or 8 gauge but don't want to spend more than I need to.

I used 14 gauge (relatively thin), 12vdc was my power source, works great.

Since the combo light bar is spot and flood, are they controlled on separate switches/circuits?

No switches all one circuit. No way to wire for spot or flood it's either both or none.

Is the 20” light bar waterproof also?

Yes, it’s waterproof and mud proof. I have it mounted on my Jeep on the bumper and it goes in all the weather. I’ve had it for 3 years now and lights up like brand new still.

Does this include the wiring harness?
