How does this compare to a toaster oven?

If you have a really nice toaster oven like a Breville or similar, then this will not compare. If you have a cheap toaster oven (around this price point), then this is less likely to burn or make the food very uneven. The advantage for me is it cooks Pizza including French Bread version without needing to warm up the big oven. It does not need to preheat. So depending on your needs it is a great device, for us it is 1 device for most of what we would do in the oven.

Is there a difference between the pizzazz pizza oven and the pizzazz plus oven?

The Presto Pizzazz I have, purchased in 2002, is 2600W and I cook nearly any frozen foods that will fit on it. Just read the instructions and adjust from there. 20 years is not bad for an appliance to last. I do have a second one 2003 model just in case.

Can you cook food from the raw state, such as fish, chicken, shrimp, or frozen semi-cooked foods?

Never use the Pizzazz Plus rotating oven to cook or grill raw fish, poultry, or meats. Never wrap baking pan or any portion of the rotating oven with aluminum foil. Never operate the unit if the pan is not rotating. Close adult supervision is necessary whenever using this appliance. Always remove baking pan from unit when baking is completed.

What is the maximum thickness of food it can cook?

Its pretty much pizza and finger foods. Pot pies is as thick as I have done.

How difficult is it to clean the tray, especially after cooking greasy foods?

It has a nonstick type of finish and has been very easy to clean with just dish soap and water. I wouldn't recommend scrubbing it with anything abrasive as the tray and finish aren't very heavy or thick.

Can you please make one with a stainless steel pan?

It would be hard to adapt the revolver to the stainless pan. I would contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

Just wondering, if you just wanted to heat a plate of food, if you could just lay a Corelle ware or similar plate on the cooking surface for heating.

It would have to be an ovenproof plate, just as you would put in a conventional oven if you wanted to use a plate.

Can you cook hamburgers on it?

You can cook burgers on the Pizzazz by wrapping them in foil and placing them in a shallow round cake pan. Be careful to not cook anything that will touch or splash on the upper heating elements.

Does this cook canned biscuits and cinnamon rolls?

I'm not sure, but it cooks frozen pizzas and pizza bites wonderfully.

The Presto Pizzazz Plus Rotating Oven is a great device for cooking pizza and other finger foods. It does not require preheating and cooks food evenly. However, it cannot be used to cook raw fish, poultry, or meats. The included pan can be difficult to clean, but the tray itself has a nonstick finish and is easy to clean. Overall, it is a versatile and convenient appliance for quick and easy cooking.
