- Question : How many cups of popcorn does it pop?Answer : It pops up to 18 cups of gourmet corn in less than 2 1/2 minutes.

- Question : What is the warranty period?Answer : It comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
- Question : Can I roast coffee beans in itAnswer : The ideal popper for roasting coffee, it seems, is higher wattage and circular vents. It seems to be difficult to find both features in any current model. This model has higher wattage but blows straight upward through a central vent. Despite that, many people report that it works fairly well as a roaster. If you like a really dark roast with oils coming to the surface then a lower wattage model might struggle with that and this model might be better for you. For most everyone else, I would really recommend a circular popper for better results.
- Question : Is it BPA freeAnswer : The inside of the container is metal where the heating occurs and popcorn is placed. The plastic chute may contain BPA in the plastic top, but the popcorn only touches it for a brief second as it descends the chute into your bowl. Since the beans roast inside the metal interior, there is very little exposure to BPA if the plastic even contains it. You can contact Presto customer support for further information.
- Question : I am limited for counter space. How tall is this machine and approximately what is the diameter of the base?Answer : With the cover on, it is 14" high. The diameter is 6.5". It you take the cover off and store it in a cabinet, the height is 9.5".

- Question : Is the chamber made of stainless steel or aluminum? I am trying to avoid aluminumAnswer : The interior is made of galvanized steel around the screen, the screen is stainless steel, and the popping chamber is aluminum. - Question : Does it have an automatic shut-off?Answer : Mine has shut off when it has overheated. It would not start again until it had cooled to a completely-off temperature, which at least once took an hour or more.
- Question : Can I roast coffee beans in it?Answer : It is not recommended to roast coffee beans in this machine as coffee beans need a certain amount of time to roast light to dark and a particular temperature. It is better to use a circular popper for better results.
