  • Question : Does this probiotic help with leaky gut syndrome
    Answer : I personally would try a half of capsule first to see if it's beneficial for you. If not you probably have to continue healing leaky gut 1st. I personally am still on half a cap..probably still have some bad bacteria or candida still thriving in there..but probiotics is certainly helpfull. Every body is different . For instance my daughter takes them with no problem but she has no gut issues.
  • Question : How are items such as probiotics which are temperature sensitive protected during delivery in extreme high temperatures?
    Answer : iServe ships all refrigerated probiotics with 2 day shipping and an ice pack. Pure Encapsulations probiotics are designed to be able to tolerate three to five days at room temperature without falling below label claim; however, if they are kept at room temperature for longer than this or exposed to high heat, a decline in potency is likely. The ice pack in the probiotics will be warm by the time of arrival at 48 hours. However, Pure Encapsulations has done shipping studies to Utah in the heat of the summer months and determined that it protects the probiotics through the shipping process. Despite no longer being cold at the time of arrival, the probiotic viability (based on their shipping study results) will not be compromised during a two-day shipping process, even to very warm climates.
  • Question : I have contacted Pure Encapsulations 3x, they cannot answer whether this probiotic contains nightshade vegetables or not. Can the seller confirm?
    Answer : We have checked with Pure Encapsulations' product team. They confirm the strains used in Pure Encapsulations Probiotic G.I. are not manufactured with nightshades (for example tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, bell and chili peppers).

    Answer : I actually don't know how they make them shelf stable. I do know that Pure Encapsulations are very high quality, so I trust that their process would not compromise their standards.
