The cage is designed in natural wood, three-level, and appears aesthetically pleasing. Despite being quite expensive, customers have experienced some concerns regarding the quality of the product. The stairs of the cage, when assembled as directed, did not reach the level above. The bridges and levels felt so rough that the customer had to manually sand them. The wood is too fragile, adding to the potential escape of a hamster if it chews on the bottom or corners. Some customers had unfortunate experiences in which their pets got stuck or died due to the poor build quality of the cage. However, the cage is relatively large and appropriate for dwarf hamsters. Owners had room to include larger accessories and even Frankenstein a couple of layers, adding more space for their pets. The cage has excellent air circulation and looks aesthetically beautiful, not being an "eyesore." Multiple customers have reported their pets enjoying the sand-bottomed cage, but other customers have had issues cleaning the bottom tray due to the smaller size of the gate.
