I sent them back and imagine they went to a third person, perhaps in the same box I returned them in.

Pendaflex Manila Editorial Review
Pendaflex File Folders are third cut folders manufactured in the United States with 20lb card stock weight. However, some customers received cheap and nearly see-through imitations in a box. Each folder has a printed logo on it which might be a problem for customers who need blank ones. The price is good with free delivery. Although the file folders are not very smooth to the touch, they work perfectly for keeping documents organized. However, some customers complained about receiving an uneven amount of each tab cut of folders.
