    Answer : Works good for me but I’m not out in the sun for 8 hours a day, I’m a home gardener and make sure that I wear a hat to help protect my face and ears etc. never know how strong the Uber rays are going to be.

    Answer : Yes you can use it on your face. This is the only sunscreen I am able to use without getting hives.

    Answer : Octinoxate 7.50%, Octisalate 5.00%, Octocrylene 6.00%, Zinc Oxide 7.00%
  • Question : Is this clear or white?
    Answer : It is a lightweight, white-colored lotion out of the container which absorbs quickly into the skin and isn't visible within minutes. Having said that, if you sweat immediately after application you can see the white lotion - sweating makes it hard to absorb the lotion (so apply it in a cooler, dry environment, allow it to soak in, and then you should be OK).We just got back from a trip to Bora Bora, with intense sun, and were very impressed at how well the lotion worked (no burning at all), and how good the lotion smells. We will definitely be purchasing this lotion again.
  • Question : Do you have to reapply when wearing makeup?
    Answer : I don't think you lose sun protection under make up, but you sure would clog up those pores - I tend to break out if I have too many layers of anything on my face.

Sun Bum sunscreen is a zinc-based product with great protection and biodegradable formula. The sunscreen is sold in a TSA-friendly container, making it ideal for travel. The lightweight white-lotion quickly absorbs into the skin and doesn't leave a visible residue. The product comes with a potent scent that might be overwhelming for some users. The formulation does have some negative aspects, including a grainy texture, which requires extra care to apply, and it could be too thick for some users, leading to a greasy feel. However, customers have had excellent experiences with sun Bum sunscreen.
