The Zilla Mini Halogen Reptile Dome Heat Lamp is a product that is recommended for daytime basking. It is suggested that a baby beardie requires a daytime basking light and a UVB light fixture. It is important to avoid coiled compact fluorescent bulbs and run the lights for 10-12 hours a day with nothing at night. While it is not recommended to be suspended inside an enclosure, customers have successfully used it by placing it on the metal mesh lid. It is advised not to use this product for night lighting, as it may disturb sleeping. The light is not suitable for a 60 watt UVB bulb, but it is suitable for a snake terrarium with a 50 watt bulb. Overall, customers seem to like this product as it keeps their pets warm and cosy.
