I don't know the exact percentage and it is not on the packaging. I would assume that it is low though, since it is sweater then most 'dark' chocolates.

Good shelf life lasts about six months or more.

Did these change recently? I just finished my stash of them that was purchased in July 2020. The bag I purchased in March 2021 tastes very different.

As far as I can tell its all sugar no fruit real crappy.

Why does it take so long to ship?

One serving (12 pieces) contains 17 grams of sugar. It contains cocoa, so yes...it contains caffeine. Dark chocolate is much better for you than milk chocolate. 1.5-ounce serving of 70% dark chocolate contains about 20mg of caffeine. Milk chocolate contains less. I've been buying this for years and love it. Tastes more true to form than other dark chocolate cherry candy. Hope this helps.

No idea what that means, fair trade? The sellers selling this are price gouging. Charging triple the retail price.
