- Question : Is this product safe?Answer : Yes, this product is safe to use.
- Question : Are there any usage instructions?Answer : Do not add bleach. Not for use in dishwashers.

- Question : Why does my bottle say 2x grease cleaning power, but the picture and description states shows 3x?Answer : The 5th photo & the description shows 2X. I doubled check myself and noticed this. Talk about false advertising by showing the 3X bottles. It's messed up!
- Question : Is this shampoo?Answer : It is not a Shampoo, it's a dishwashING liquid. However, several years ago the Surgeon General of the Navy said/wrote that it is good to clean/soak dentures in it. I don't wear dentures, if I did I would try it. However I would rinse them good before I put them in my mouth.
- Question : Are they 56 ounces together or each?Answer : 56 oz each.
- Question : What is the difference in the packaging if you buy the 'open box' product?Answer : I'd be careful. It's probably diluted with other cheaper products or something. There's a reason it's cheaper, I can assure you of that.
- Question : This seems bootleg?.. That color is offfff…Answer : These bottles are more slender in shape. That was my first indication that this product is different. The liquid is a lot thicker, the color is more purple blue and has a different fragrance. The P&G info is the same.
- Question : These used to be around $14 for the two bottles. Why did the price go up so drastically?Answer : Probably because of what is going on. Its a cleaning supply.
