    Answer : The ProForm Pro 2000 smart treadmill can support up to 300 pounds (136 kg).
  • Question : What is the size of the treadmill?
    Answer : The ProForm Pro 2000 smart treadmill measures 79” L x 39.15” W x 71.4” H (200.7cm x 99.4cm x 181.3cm)
  • Question : Is there anywhere to sit a phone or tablet on the console?
    Answer : In front
  • Question : Anyone have a problem assembling the crossbar? The screw holes seem to be too small
    Answer : The screws are self-tapping, and you have to nearly break your wrist to screw them in. We also found that some of the screws in step 11 just DO NOT FIT. So we left them out - it was only for attaching plastic cover pieces on the underside of the handle, so they were stable enough without a couple screws.
  • Question : Can I get someone to assemble this?
    Answer : Assembly is available at checkout. I had someone assembly it and also paid to have them place it in the room where it was to be assembled. Both were well worth the additional cost.
  • Question : Does this actually take 1-2 months to ship? I want to take advantage of the deal price but that is a long time to wait!
    Answer : Ordered ours 3/1/22 and it’s finally arriving tomorrow 3/22/22.

ProForm Treadmills Editorial Review

The ProForm Pro 2000 Smart Treadmill is a spacious and fun piece of equipment that comes with a 10” HD touchscreen display and a 30-day iFIT Family Membership. The treadmill is highly dependent on the screen display because the iFit training videos sync with the treadmill, making it an interactive and fun way to exercise. The built-in Console has a holder that can sit a phone or tablet in front of the user, but it’s a little awkward to reach storage bins for water bottles while walking. Assembly is available at checkout, and customers who had someone assemble it and place it in the room where it was to be assembled said it was well worth the additional cost. Shipping is free for Prime members. The machine weighs 300 lb, making it heavy, and padding is recommended to keep carpets healthy.

  • Screen malfunction logs the user out of their account, which they 100% need to use any of the features, including Manual Mode
  • Screen stopped working (would not turn on) after one year, making it unusable. No support received for this yet
  • The iFit software is a mess and costs a lot, making it not suitable for customers who do not want a subscription
  • Awkward to reach storage bins for water bottles while walking
  • Annoying that ProForm expects users to turn the treadmill off and unplug it after use
