    Answer : A: Someone suggested to me to set my output sound level on my computer to 60% 80% and set the microphone 3 to 5 inches away from my face and speak directly into the microphone I made these adjustments and I have not had an issue cents I so highly recommend you try out and see if that works. I hope yours wasn’t defective and at these suggestions will help you!
