- Question : No instructions included! How do I use it?Answer : Put it in a container and either microwave 30 seconds at a time or bring it up on a medium high on the stove. As soon as it starts boiling you are ready to pour it out unless you want it to turn an Amber colour keep cooking it longer.
- Question : If this is used with blue gel coloring, to make a swimming pool cookie, will it be too hard to eat?Answer : I have colored Isomalt with gel colors with no problem. The only thing I have found in making say an isomalt sail is there will be small sharp edges that can actually make a cut something like a paper cut.
