    Answer : These insoles are specially designed for people who work on their feet all day.

    Answer : These insoles have the only extended gel cushioning that reduces the impact and shock to muscles and joints from working on hard surfaces.
  • Question : Is this product vegan?
    Answer : There is an 800 number on the package photo on the right. It is pretty clear that multiple people here do not have a clue what vegan means. This is made by Bayer, and thus a European company. In Europe they allow way less chemicals in the daily lives of the people. I would call the number and ask. I don't know the answer, but they would. Shame on you all who are joking and being rude. Veganism is not using animals. It is really simple: it is not only what vegans eat, but what the products they buy, whenever possible, doesn't come from animals or their by products. Glues, plastics, medications, personal care products, etc. all often have animal products in them. Dyes, too. It is simply a desire to not cause suffering to others. Really simple.
  • Question : Are these sold individually or do they come in pairs?
    Answer : Hi! These come in pairs.
  • Question : How to choose the size?
    Answer : The insoles are made so you can cut them to your shoe size, per example the one that says size 8-14 it fits for all those sizes and when you open them you will see a line that shows the correct size for you, I am size 8 so I had to cut the extra part of the insole to feet my shoe.
  • Question : Do they really cushion? I'm on my feet all day, wearing steel toe shoes and walking between 8 and 12 miles depending on the day. I need squish.
    Answer : I don't think that it's a genuine 'squish' feeling, but my feet hurt less when I wear these for hours - which is all I care about. It is a slightly softer feeling under foot, but it's not dramatic. My shoes fit a little more snug because of them, so if your shoes are already tight, that could be a negative. Try a pair, they're not that expensive. Easy to cut to size too.
  • Question : Can these be put over top of original sole? Or is it to be replaced with this?
    Answer : You can do either. If the original insole has some cushioning and you want the most padding then leave the first one in. As a side note these will probably need some trimming around the outer edge to fit it in the shoe. Hopefully this will help answer your question.
  • Question : Will these cushion the ball of your feet?
    Answer : They do cushion some. I'm pretty active and roll my feet heel to toe and I don't have any pressure buildup.

    Answer : Hi Jessy! The Massaging Gel® Work insoles have extra cushioning for hard surfaces. This allows you to stay on your feet longer.
  • Question : Will these work in steel-toed work boots?
    Answer : Yes sir, I took the soles out of my steel toed boots and replaced them with these. Haven’t had a problem with my feet hurting sense and I’m in the 40-50 hours a week minimum.
  • Question : How much of the insole is actually gel? Does this insole have gel for the entire foot?
    Answer : The only part of the insole with gel is from the heel to half way the foot as shown on the picture of the product and the gel isn't wide enough to cover the feet
  • Question : Will these fit wide shoes (10 W to be specific)?
    Answer : I would say yes I’m 9.5 W and they fit right in. I did not have to trim the sides just the front
