The Marshall Emberton speaker is a portable, compact, and durable WiFi speaker that has a battery life of up to 15 hours. It is equipped with a microphone for phone calls and has clear and easy-to-read battery meters on top of the device. Notifications work when paired with a phone, however, it is not possible to configure the speaker as a left/right stereo pair. The app has received mixed reviews with some stating it is not useful. The sound quality of this speaker is well-rounded with compact bass and a clear overall playback. The speaker is water-resistant and dustproof. Some reviewers feel that the sound quality is not worth the price when compared to a Bose Soundlink. However, customers for whom sound clarity is essential appreciate the speaker's quality.
