What kind of skillet do you use to melt the glue in? Can use use a small electric skillet used for only melting these pellets?

Yes. That is what most people do. However, once you melt the glue the electric skillet can only be used for the glue. After you finish your work with the melted glue, turn off the heat and let the glue cool in place. When you need to use it again, you just turn on the heat (not to high of heat, just enough to melt the glue not cook the glue) and use again. An alternative method is to buy an inexpensive pan from a dollar store and heat it on a stove top. Customer Service

Can these be remelted if there is some left in the pot?

Yes, they can. Just turn the pan on and let it get hot. There is always some left in my pan.

Will This Melt Plastic?

These are glue pieces used to adhere foam to a container or artificial flowers/greens to other objects, Once these pieces are melted they are very HOT and can melt some plastic containers,

When melted is the glue yellow or clear? Does it dry yellow or clear?

When melted it is a clear with yellow tinge. Does not dry completely clear. Also, if your melting pot is turned too high it will deepen the color of the glue to a more amber color. However, it is the strongest glue that can be used for floral design. It is what the pros use. Do not use this if you are not wishing a permanent bond. It is very strong. As a designer, this is my favorite glue.

Will this hold up to the heat of the sun for outdoor wreath making?
