Ospho 605 Metal Treatment is an effective product that is easy to use and it does what it promises. It converts rust to a phosphate coating that will not continue to rust and it goes on like water. The product can be applied with a brush or sprayed directly, and the white residue left can be covered with paint. However, it should be noted that it won't prevent future rust. Customers have used the product on different surfaces, including metals like iron-based ATV cars and farm equipment, with great success. One of the buyers used the product to restore some old rusty cars for his grandson and he was pleased with the results. Another used the product to restore old steel basement windows, and the windows still look great two months on. The product is effective in converting surface rust back to iron and works miracles on farm equipment.
