- Question : When it hasn't inflated after 3 days so you want to return it, how in the heck do you get it crammed back in the original box??Answer : I messaged the seller and they told me not to return. Some Kohl's drop off centers will package them for you if you wish to return.
- Question : Is the material thick enough for a dog that scratches to get comfy?Answer : The bed portion of the cover holds up well to scratching/pawing, but the bolster seam could be stronger.
- Question : How long does it take for the memory foam to puff out after unpacking?Answer : It may vary, but sometimes one side expands faster than the other. Some users experienced delayed expansion even after a few days.
- Question : Does this contain any rubber or natural latex?Answer : I am not sure, but the mattress is supposed to be orthopedic. However, some users found it to be lumpy, thin, and difficult to put together.
