The Flowflex COVID-19 Antigen Home Test is a two-test product that is meant to be used at home to detect COVID-19 antigen. While several customers received inaccurate products, it seems that the accuracy of the product for those tests that did work is commendable. Additionally, customers appreciated the cost-effectiveness of the product compared to other brands and the convenience of having the kit delivered home instead of having to go to multiple locations to buy them. However, the misinformation about the shelf-life of the product and the absence of fluid in some kits caused disappointment amongst customers and raises concerns about the company's service.
