The Alliance EPDM black rubber bands are highly recommended by customers for their longevity and outdoor capabilities. The rubber bands are usable for multiple purposes, with customers using them to hold contracts, bind files and even repair a cardboard gas pedal. The bands have a reasonable price for the quantity received and have good elasticity, stretching about 170% of their original unstretched 7" length. However, the bands are rather narrow and may not have great longevity or be suitable for thick files. A band longer than 7" for binding standard paper or files is advisable, especially if the file is very thick. The rubber bands are overall durable and maintain their hold.
