The scanner scans quickly enough to keep up with the user turning pages and is relatively easy to use. It works well for historical documents, photos, and family history artifacts. It is lightweight and portable, and the placement of items to image is effortless. However, there are some negative reviews that point out the software can be buggy and doesn't always recognize curvature correctly, resulting in distorted images. Furthermore, the pedal is challenging to use and requires both of the user's hands and a foot. Additionally, customer service is inadequate, and requests to resend the same images and provide more samples can be frustrating.
