- Question : What does the LCD screen display?Answer : The LCD screen displays scientific proof of a deep clean, calculates and categorizes picked-up particles, showing you on-screen as you clean, and also displays run time countdown and power mode.
- Question : What does the machine filter out?Answer : Advanced whole-machine filtration traps 99.99% of particles and dust as small as 0.3 microns.² Expels cleaner air. Washable filter can be reused for the lifetime of the machine, reducing waste.
- Question : Are all the attachments able to be used on the long pole or do they only work if handheld?Answer : The attachments that came with V12 Detect Slim work when attached to the long pole as long as the long pole is attached to the V12. It is not confirmed if all attachments work on the long pole.
- Question : Does the wall charger come with it?Answer : Yes, it does. You can mount the charger base to the wall or just use the charger by itself and plug it in.
- Question : Which system are you using now? Dyson or Tineco?Answer : Currently using Dyson. Bought Tineco but returned it due to its filter cleaning instructions after every use being too much of a hassle.
- Question : Can you charge and change a second battery?Answer : Yes, you can have one battery charging while using another since the batteries are removable. One battery can be plugged into the charging station or directly plugged in while the other is in use. When one runs out, swap them.
- Question : Do attachments from older models fit the ultra slim (e.g. dc44)?Answer : Yes, so far.
- Question : Is the suction on this device strong enough to pick up coins on the ground? or M&Ms?Answer : Not confirmed but the suction strength is not designed to pick up coins or M&Ms.

However, the vacuum's run time is overinflated, and it is not an ideal choice for larger homes or carpeted floors. The fluffy attachment saves time and money on battery replacements, and the vacuum efficiently picks up dog hair, dirt and debris.
