- Question : Is the carpet supposed to be completely clean when the water is completely clear?Answer : If you are sucking up clear water, yes the area you are cleaning should be clean. However, I let mine dry, pretreated it again and went back over it to make sure and the penetrate deeper.
- Question : How do you remove the brush roll?Answer : Just remove the screws, and pull it out the same as a vacuum cleaner.
- Question : Can this do a regular size room rug?Answer : Can do a 10x10 (my one. Bedroom. This is more for traffic areas, closets, area rugs. At least that is what I bought for after researching. I'm sure it will do average size room but repeated uses do not think it will hold up. Might be wrong though. You'll have to refill and clean out each time if you have dog (s) a few times.
- Question : What tools does it come with? Does this one has sofa and stair cleaning attachments?Answer : None, but that's good in terms of full suction going to the carpet, no suction lost going to other channels and tools. Just a carpet cleaner, a beast of one for 100.. that's for sure. Maintain it properly and it will last a while.
- Question : Does it heat the water?Answer : No, it does not heat the water. Use hot tap water.
- Question : Can you remove both water tanks?Answer : Yes, clean water tank and dirty water tank.

It has a powerful 7-amp motor, weighs less than 13 pounds, and is easy to operate and clean. However, it does have some shortcomings. It doesn't come with any attachments or shampoo, has a small water tank that needs frequent refilling, and some reviewers found it difficult to clean the machine after use.
