- Question : Which direction does the insert go into the neck holder? Narrow side down? Rounded side towards your neck or the flat side?Answer : Rounded towards you to try to hit the Feng Fu point.
- Question : Whats the difference between this and outting an icepack on the spot and putting pressure?Answer : Putting an ice pack on your neck works much better than this bad device. It doesn’t work at all, it’s too small to fit tightly on your neck, the little cold thing you put in the freezer is way too small, and when you’re wearing it, it doesn’t even touch your neck. Don’t buy this silly thing.
- Question : Can you use the coolcura more than 2x a day?Answer : CoolCura can be used as often as needed to get your Chill on. We do recommend that you take at least a 30 minute break between uses.
- Question : How long does it stay cold? Can you put it in your lunchbox and use it in the middle of the day or do you need to use it right out of the freezer?Answer : Using the ice pod right out of the freezer is great, but I've also been able to keep my ice pod plenty cold in a regular cooler, with either ice or gel packs.
- Question : Is there a way to keep this from slipping down my neck to my shoulders? The pod does not touch my feng fu point, it's not adjustableAnswer : The CoolCura neckband is adjustable to fit most neck sizes. To loosen, hold both sides and pull outwards. To tighten, hold both sides and push inwards.
- Question : Do you place any ice cube in the silver pod? Or does the pod go in the freezer?Answer : The ice pod goes in the foam nest and then they both go into the freezer.
