The phone set has a sleek design and can be used in different rooms. The phone batteries were missing in the first place, but the customer service handled the return well. The product also has some issues with the digital call quality where some callers can't hear clearly. The product can easily block spam calls and also allows for call screening. It has a key pad in the base that can be used in an emergency situation. The phone also allows for importing contacts and setting up different ring tones for different cell phones.
