- Question : Can you shred cheese with this?Answer : I don’t see why not. The blades are sharp enough. I have a separate cheese shredder.

- Question : The product information says this is 168" long. I am assuming it is 16.8 inches long? Does anybody know for sure?Answer : The lid part from handle to back is about 12.5 inches. The actual part that chops the veggies is just under 3x3 inches.

- Question : How do you change blades for the chopper?Answer : They pop in and out so you can chop the food to different sizes.
