The Shinshu Miso Malted Rice Miso Paste is a delicious and versatile product that adds a unique depth of flavor to any dish. It is naturally fermented in Nagano Japan, non-GMO and does not contain MSG making it a healthy and flavourful addition to any pantry. The design of the pouch makes it easy to control the amount needed for recipes without any mess. The paste has a great umami flavour and is not overly salty, making it a hit with customers who have used it in a variety of cuisines including Mexican and Italian dishes. However, a few customers reported experiencing stomach cramps after eating the paste.
