The area you are spraying is determined by the distance from the wall.
- Question : Can I connect a 2.2 liter Homax Group 8522 Pre Mixed Popcorn Ceiling Texture bottle to this? Or do I have to pour it into the spray gun?Answer : If the threading and size of the bottle matches the hopper connection on the sprayer, then I imagine one could connect it. - Question : Can I use this for polyurethane?Answer : I wouldn't, this is designed for chunky textures coatings, you likely wouldn't get a nice smooth fine like you'd desire from polyurethane and it probably spray way more than you need on any given area.

It saves you hundreds of dollars and has three different size nozzles, which can be fine-tuned by adding water to the mud. It can also be used for stucco. However, it is not designed to spray regular latex or oil-based paints. Customers who purchased this product have a mixed feeling about it. While some users find it easy to use, others find it challenging to get an even and Consistent texture without blockage. The hopper gun is not ideal for spraying ceilings, and the tips are too large to get an orange peel texture. Some customers have also reported receiving used or incomplete items.
