- Question : Are they true to size? I am usually a 6/12.Answer : They run pretty true. From reading other reviews, I'd recommend someone with a half size to round up rather than down.
- Question : How right should these be? Deciding between two sizes, both fit of course since the material stretches but one is tight another one is a bit more freeAnswer : The tight fit is best so to ensure not to loose the shoe when in mud
- Question : Are they sized accurately or should I order a size up or down?Answer : They are sized large. I wear 8 1/2, ordered 9, got 8 and they’re perfect! Good luck!
- Question : How good is the fin stop at stopping strap slipping?Answer : I would think it should be fine, I have the Cressi pro lite fins. The strap is wider than the fin stop, kept them snug with no issues.
- Question : Does water get into the shoe?Answer : Yes, of course water gets in the shoe. 1) the shoe is not sealed at the ankle, 2) neoprene is not water proof, 3) air in the boot would prevent a diver from submerging under the water.
- Question : Are these okay for wide feet?Answer : I have wide feet and they fit well.
- Question : What does the 3mm refer to?Answer : It's the thickness of the neoprene. The higher the number, the warmer the item. It also makes them stiffer.
- Question : How do you clean these boots? They start to smell even after rinsing in clean cold water.Answer : With 2 cups of water add one table spoon of Baking soda(Bicarbonate of soda), not Baking powder. Soak the shoes overnight rinse then thoroughly sun dry.
