    Answer : Part #s 30 and 31 for packing items, for use in transit only, they are NOT part of the bike and can be tossed after the bike is assembled.

    Answer : I doubt that a person who weighs that much would able to use this bike. I think the weight limit is about 250 lbs.

    Answer : The chair back does not seem to recline. Seems comfortable to me.

    Answer : Packing / shipping bracket. You can toss these.

    Answer : Something is obviously wrong. Next step, take it to a bike shop.
