It’s “tape”. It will stick but it may come off if tv is emitting heat. Also the tape could rip the drywall if removed.

Is the gloss black 1080?

You mean really black? Yes it is. Not sure how a tape can be 1080p but this is detailing tape. I used it to frame areas to paint. It is very black and glossy.

Can this be wrapped around patio lights electrical wire?

Patio lights maybe ... electrical wires, no. It needs a clean, flat surface to stick to. And one that is not going to bend and flex. It'll release as soon as it gets flexed.

Does it feel exactly like carbon fiber?????????

Not sure what carbon fiber feels like but it looks like carbon fiber.

Is it flexible? I need a carbon fiber tape that remains flexible after sticking to metal that flexes around a track

Don't think it is very flexible and the adhesive is not all that great.
