  • Question : In the description it says each capsule contains 180 mg of allicin powder which contains 54 mcg of allicin. Is that right? Is this the real product?
    Answer : All Allimax, no matter what the size, is made by Allimax in the UK. It is trademarked so that no other company can make it. The US label is a little different from the Canadian label, but the tablets are exactly the same in every way. Allimax states the amount of allicin in each tablet is the optimum amount and it is in the best bioavailable form for absorption.
  • Question : I live in a warm place, stored some capsules in a closet. 2 months later, the powder in the capsules have turned yellow. Are the capsules still good?
    Answer : They should be fine. Maybe lost some potency. Next time keep in the fridge though if you plan to keep for awhile.
  • Question : What is the expiration date?
    Answer : My bottle that I just received has 01/2022 stamped on it.

    Answer : It depends where you're buying it from. If you want Allimax that's made in Canada, you will need to buy it from a trusted Canadian retailer.

    Answer : This issue is due to the difference between US FDA label regulations and Canadian/UK regulations. There is only one Allimax product and it is all made in the UK by the same manufacturer. In the US the label says 180mg allicin powder. The powder is considered a complex that contains allicin. In Canada and UK the label says 54mcg allicin. The actual amount of allicin is 54mcg. This is actually a very high dose of allicin and no other product has that high of a dosage. Companies in the US are allowed to over-state the allicin amount due to a loophole allowed by the FDA.
  • Question : The picture of product is that of individually packaged capsules in blisters. Why was I sent the loose capsules in a jar? Please send correct product.
    Answer : My bottle just has capsules no individual packaging
