This seasoning for paella is gluten-free and dairy-free.

It says use one sachet per 600g rice - is this really enough flavor or do you tend to double up?

I use one sachet per 500g rice - just because that's the size I buy in the supermarket! One sachet is enough, flavor is fab!

Yes, it is more than 12 months for sure. What we ship this week is until 11.2023

Should this be used in addition to a stock, or only with water. I'm worried the paella could become too salty if I also use a stock cube.

Before adding the rice, add the contents of one sachet for every six servings of paella (600-700 grams of rice) into the paella pan. There is no need to add any other spices - just add salt to taste. I hope this helps :-)
