- Question : What is the storage life of this biltong? How many years will an unopened package be edible and healthy?Answer : The shelf life is 6-8 months. Otherwise, after they have been opened, if you can resist finishing the bag, we then recommend consuming within 2-3 days.
- Question : Is this made from grass fed beef?Answer : It only says "No added hormones and no antibiotics."
- Question : I see that the label was updated to current FDA standards and now lists calcium content as 40% dv, how does this product have so much calcium in it?Answer : We recently redesigned our bags and underwent slight formulation adjustments within production, and the calcium content was not updated accordingly. We are working to update this label with the correct calcium content as soon as possible.
