    Answer : The Zen Air Blue has RCA outputs. However, an RCA to 3.5mm stereo adapter could be connected.

    Answer : The quality of the signal from the iPad to the iFi Zen Air Blue is limited by the iOS Bluetooth CODEC. AAC is a lossy, compressed format limited to 264 Kbps. To surpass the iOS bit rate limitation of AAC, you need an actual streaming device that connects to the internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Over a home stereo, the AAC Bluetooth sounds really good. A PA system, however, may reveal its limitations.
