Make sure you have locked the cartridge in after inserting it, and that the black ink reel is full. Also, ensure the label you are trying to make will fit on the vinyl label. Use genuine Brady label cartridges with the chip on the cartridge to set the label maker for you.

Is this price for the kit or just labeler?

We do offer a Kit for the labeler.

Can it print pictures?

The printer is not able to print pictures.

Will it work with a windows PC rather than only with IOS or Android?

It will only work with the mobile app.

What is the heat tolerance of the printed label?

Depends on if the label is canvas or vinyl. Hard to say.

Why are there no labels for this similar to 31-427?

Sorry, but unfortunately this is no longer available. Here are the parts available for the B-427 Self Lam material: M21-750-427, M21-1000-427, M21-1250-427 & M21-1500-427.

Does this come with a rechargeable battery?

The Battery rechargeable does not come with the printer, that is sold separately.

Does the ac adapter for the bpm21-plus also fit the m210?

The M210 printer will work with the BMP21 plus adapter.

The Brady BMP21-PLUS Handheld Color Label Printer is a versatile device that prints flag type labels for any diameter cable. The vinyl or nylon cloth material can be used to print different types of labels, including terminal block labels, and Ethernet cable labels. It can print all the sequence automatically, using the Serial function that Consecutively places the next number or letter in the defined sequence on individual labels. The 6 to 40 font is roughly equal to .10” (1/10”) to .652” (9/16”) letter height. The device also provides date and time stamps on the label. However, this handheld printer does not have memory. It works with 6 AA batteries that last a while, but experts recommend getting a plug-in power supply as it eats batteries. The kit comes with several accessories, including cables, and AC adapter.
