I weighed it out using a food scale, and it comes out to about 3 grams per scoop. If you want 5 grams, you can use one big scoop, or I just replaced the scooper with an old scooper I had which weighed out to 5 grams per scoop.

If I remember correctly, I think it says 'well rounded scoop'. My only complaint is that the spoon is small and the same color as the product, making it hard to find without making a mess.
