The extract is slightly more popular, and it is stronger, but I can only get 400mg in a capsule. The powder is not quite as strong, but I can get 600mg in a capsules. So you get half again more with the powder. Some people like the extract better, some like the powder better. I find them fairly similar in strength.
- Question : How long consecutively can you take? Do you have to cycle on and off?Answer : I don't cycle it - I take it every day, but I cannot find any studies that mention cycling.
- Question : Anyone got good results from this like size wise?Answer : I've been using this product for over a month, on my second bottle already. Yes, I have gained an inch and a half in girth and almost 1.8 inches in length. I usually don't write reviews but this stuff works hella good. I'm continuously growing noticeably every day, make sure to add in some penile exercises too cause that's what I've been doing.
