- Question : What is the width of the base of this rack so I can order an adhesive magnet strip to make this useful with drawer liners?Answer : Has to be 1/2 wide. Not measuring it just guessing but from what I remember it was 1/2 wide.

The slots on the rails are the same size, and they work well for holding small wrenches. Although they take up some space in the tool box, they are an efficient way to store wrenches and can increase drawer capacity by up to 40%. The rails can be trimmed to size and work easily in stationary tool boxes. However, some customers found that the rails didn't work as well with larger wrenches (over 32mm), and that they need to remove the mat in the drawer to stick them to the metal bottom.
