- Question : Why does this take 1 to 2 months to ship I really want oneAnswer : I got mine in less than a week.
- Question : How do I contact customer support? Have received two bottles where the seal on the lid is twisted and doesn’t work!Answer : Unfortunately, you have to use a toothpick to straighten out rubber seal. I think it twist when washing with hot water. I’ve experienced it in past and hate having to keep checking before screwing on lid.
- Question : Autoseal water bottle, 32oz, dragon fruit and blue corn the cortland chill 2.0? stainless steel insulated? if not, i need to cancel my order.Answer : The stainless is not insulated per se' - but I can leave it in my school bus all day and the water stays as Cold as when I first put it in in the morning :)
- Question : Slight strange smell when filled with carbonated water with lime juice flavoring. Is some chemical reaction occurring with the stainless? Is it safe?Answer : Yes you have changed the PH level and in a small way started breaking down the interior. Those drinking vessels do best with water alone.
- Question : Does this hold Carbonated beverages?Answer : Yes, the Contigo Cartland Chill 2.0 holds carbonated beverages. I use mine mostly for water but use it occasionally for carbonated beverages and it works just fine.
- Question : Can you freeze liquids in these?Answer : I’ve left it in the car in freezing weather and it survived. If you stick it in the freezer be sure to leave room for expansion as the liquid freezes - an inch or so below the top would probably be enough.
- Question : Can i use this for hot drinks? it's advertised as good for hot and cold but bottom says no hot. is that more to avoid lawsuits and it can take hot?Answer : Yes you can use this specific bottle with hot liquids. Not all contigo bottles can be used with hot liquids! This one keep your drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 6 hours, but underneath the bottle there’s a warning saying that hot contents can create a internal pressure, so if the drink is really hot, press de “autoseal” button, not facing your face or mouth, press it far from your face just to release the pressure and any liquid that can come out when you do this.

Contigo 2169255 Sports Water Bottles Editorial Review
The Contigo Cortland Chill 2.0 Stainless Steel Vacuum-Insulated Water Bottle with Spill-Proof Lid comes in a pack of two, and is available in the colours Juniper and Dragonfruit. The 24oz bottle has a durable build quality and keeps drinks at their desired temperatures for hours. Customers have confirmed that it does in fact work with carbonated beverages, but it is advised not to put any flavourings in it due to the change in PH levels potentially breaking down the interior of the bottle. The diameter of the base of the 24oz bottle is 2 3/4", and it is confirmed to fit in Toyota Camry holders. It is also confirmed that the 24oz bottle can be used with hot liquids, however, there is a warning of internal pressure that may occur. The lid design is similar to that of the Coleman Autoseal but the Coleman is overall a better unit, being heavier built and having some grippy rubber over the lid and on the Autoseal button. However, the Contigo does have a larger and more useful handle.
