There is a Bosch Logo on all of our sensors either on the sensor body or the plug itself where the laser etched resistor is located. As for the sensor depicted in this photo, we no longer ship our kits with the Blue sheathed sensor.

Does this support E85 as well as pump gas?

Sure. In most cases you tune without changing what it shows. So 14.7 would be still stoich value which for E85 is not 14.7, but most of tuners used to deal with Gasoline numbers even on E85 fuel.

Does this wideband work as a failsafe if I'm using a water/methanol injection system or do I need to buy the specific methanol failsafe gauge?

This shows afr only. It is not a failsafe. You could process the output data and turn it into a failsafe but there is definite work involved.

The product packaging is nice and the response time is fast, making it great for data logging. The gauge is easy to install, hook up, and use, and is accurate according to some buyers. However, one review mentioned that the unit would not power up, and the customer couldn't return it since it was more than 30 days after purchase.
