The BodyMed Gel Cold Pack is a great reusable cold therapy ice pack that is perfect for relieving back, shoulder, neck, and knee discomfort. It does a great job of bending and contouring to the body’s shape to provide maximum relief. The size is perfect for most areas of the body, and it's filled with a soft, pliable gel that doesn't get hard. It lasts for about 1 1/2 hours before needing to refreeze, and it takes about 2 hours to refreeze. Overall, this is a great product for anyone who suffers from aches and pains in specific areas of their body. It's easy to use, stays cold for a long time, and provides great relief.
