Some customers wet the Pom down, gently brush and blow dry on low to achieve a more uniform, fluffy appearance. The leather strap is also adjustable to the customer's liking. However, the product is wrapped in a very small bag, which makes the keychain crushed, and not very pleasant. Some customers also noted that the strands vary in size and the larger strands all curve the same way, which makes it not form a ball like in the picture.
