Since high heat isnt called for with ceramic, how long does it take for water to boil in the 3 qt. Saucepan?

Boiling should be a breeze on medium temperature! If you're having issues, consider adding the lid to trap the heat and speed up the process.

Can this be used on a gas stove?

Yes, our cookware is stovetop agnostic which means it is compatible with all types. If your stovetop requires certain specifications to perform best (i.e. not compatible with ceramic, etc.) please consult the manufacturer for confirmation!
