Answer : Height is 16 inches, width is 22 inches, depth is 12 1/2 inches. The pockets on the side protrude out an traditional 2 inches, which is not included in the 12 1/2 inch depth.

Answer : It has two straps that connect to the saddle bag roll bars on each side. A third strap connects to the luggage rack.

Answer : No, there aren't straps to attach to the tour pack rack. It's more designed for the back seat. It might be a bit top heavy if mounted to the rack.

Answer : The straps are able to be configured in a multitude of ways. I would say the bag should go on the back seat, it's way too big and after it's packed would be too heavy for trunk lid.

Answer : Not sure on the Victory. It fits perfect on 2008 Harley Davidson ultra classic electric glide.
