Question : Can this washing machine be used for only washing or only spinning?
Answer : Yes, this washing machine can be used only for washing or only for spinning, as it is designed with 2 separate tubs.
Question : Can I monitor the washing/spinning process?
Answer : Yes, the transparent cover lets you check the washing/spinning process conveniently at any time.
Question : Do I need to manually drain the excess water?
Answer : No, the drain pipe (51”) and built-in drain pump automatically drain excess water during laundry.
Question : Can this be hooked up to regular washer connections (in my RV). And does is have a drain pump or drain by gravity alone?
Answer : This type of washer cannot turn water off and on like a regular washer. You would have to turn the faucet connection on and off yourself and washer hookups aren't designed for that level of wear. And there is only one water inlet on this washer so you could connect to hot or cold but not both. Honestly it's not designed to use a standard washer hookup.
Question : What is the plug look like?
Answer : Video could not be loaded
Question : The tube doesn’t fit on any of my faucets. What am I supposed to do? Does the washer control water intake? How do I remove water at the end?
Answer : The drain hose is on the back side behind the spin tub. After completing the wash cycle and selecting DRAIN, it will drain in the tub. Then transfer the clean clothes to the SPIN side and start the cycle. The water that is removed by spinning comes out in the tub as well. Extremely little soap is used. Otherwise, you'll have to rinse three to five times.
Question : Manual says to never choose spin mode while draining. So, where does the water from the spinning go?
Answer : The drain hose is on the back side behind the spin tub. After completing the wash cycle and selecting DRAIN, it will drain in the tub. Then transfer the clean clothes to the SPIN side and start the cycle. The water that is removed by spinning comes out in the tub as well.
Question : Can I return if needed?
Answer : They try to offer a discount instead and make you pay shipping fees.
Question : Ive had this machine for years, love it until today the Spinner gave out. Can this be replaced?
Answer : The belt for the spinner may have come loose or has broken. If it came loose, it can be put back on. If broken, you should be able to get a replacement belt. But you have to be mechanically inclined to sort this out.
Question : Just received my unit but the washer is not spinning. Please help.
Answer : The washer - on the left of the machine - doesn’t “spin”. At the end of its cycle, move part of the load to the “dryer” right side where the water will be spun out. Do not overload the spinner! It can handle only about half of a full wash-side load.
Question : The spin dryer makes extremely loud thumping noise and shakes a lot every time I use it, even when it's just one t-shirt. What am I doing wrong?
Answer : In a regular washer, this happens when the load is uneven. Washing one item will probably cause it. Wash several things of similar weight, and redistribute them if it shakes too much.
Question : Does the outside of the box state that this is a washing machine? (I have nosy neighbors)
Answer : Yes it does.
